Transparent Affordable Psychiatry & Self-Pay Options
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation/ Initial Intake Visit
$175 | 45–60 minutes
Initial Intake Visit- includes 45-60min assessment, evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and patient education, and start of therapy-Visits start at $175
Medication Management Follow-Up
$75 | 15–25 minutes
Focused follow-up visits for medication response, side effects, symptom updates, and treatment adjustments.
Therapy Visit
$125 | 45 minutes
Integrative & Supportive Therapy, skills-based, and evidence-informed therapy tailored to your goals
Combined Medication Management + Therapy Visit
$150 | 45 minutes
A longer visit option that includes both medication management and therapeutic support.
Extended, Weekend, or Crisis-Related Visits
May be subject to an additional $25–$50 fee or adjusted pricing depending on visit length, urgency, scheduling needs, and clinical complexity. Any different terms or pricing must be discussed and agreed upon by both CareSync Psych staff and the patient prior to the visit.

Subscription Self-pay options: Weekly visits (one weekly/four per month) including assessment, evaluation, medication management combined with 45min of therapy $450.00 monthly

We also offer sliding scale pricing for individuals experiencing financial barriers. Sliding scale availability is limited and must be approved before scheduling.
All self-pay pricing must be agreed upon and payment completed prior to the appointment.
