More Than One Treatment Tool

Mental health care may involve more than medication.

The right treatment plan depends on what is contributing to your symptoms and what is most appropriate for your individual situation.

Depending on your needs, care may incorporate psychotherapy, medication management, psychoeducation, behavioral strategies, sleep support, nervous-system regulation, and relevant lifestyle factors.

Psychotherapy Evidence-based strategies can help change patterns that maintain distress.
Medication Medication may be considered when clinically appropriate after discussing potential benefits, risks, alternatives, and patient preferences.
Behavioral & Lifestyle Strategies Sleep, stress, movement, routines, and other relevant health factors may support treatment when appropriate.
Ongoing Monitoring Treatment is reassessed over time based on response, tolerability, functioning, changing needs, and treatment goals.
When Your Mind Feels Stuck

You do not have to wait until things feel unbearable.

Anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, panic, chronic stress, and emotional exhaustion can make everyday life feel much harder.

Seeking care can simply mean you are ready to understand what is happening and explore whether there is a different way forward.

The goal is not to change who you are. It is to reduce what is getting in the way of your life.
