A safe, confidential space to explore feelings, thoughts, and experiences. We focus on trust, validation, and practical support—often the foundation for deeper therapeutic work.

Motivational Interviewing (MI)

Collaborative, goal-oriented conversations that strengthen your own motivation to change. We use reflective listening to resolve ambivalence and build momentum.

Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)

Targets relationship patterns, communication, and social supports—especially effective for mood disorders by linking life roles and emotions.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Structured, skills-based work to reframe unhelpful thoughts, build healthy behaviors, and reduce symptoms with tools you can use long after sessions end.

Outcome: A tailored plan that blends modalities to address psychological and physiological drivers of distress—helping you heal, grow, and thrive.

Lifestyle & Wellness Coaching

Guidance on self-optimization through habits, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management. We integrate lifestyle strategies with medical and psychological care so you can take an active role in recovery and long-term wellness.

Self-Actualization Support

We support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—using the Maslow framework to build from basic needs to self-actualization and self-optimization.

  • Physiological & Safety: sleep, nutrition, stability, secure care
  • Love & Belonging: healthy relationships & community
  • Esteem: strengths, purpose, and confidence
  • Self-Actualization → Optimization: sustained growth, resilience, meaning

From Surviving to Thriving

FAQ

Do you treat all levels of eating disorder severity?

We provide outpatient care. If labs, vitals, or symptoms suggest you’d benefit from IOP, PHP, or inpatient/residential, we’ll coordinate a timely referral and stay involved as appropriate.

Will I be required to take medication?

No. Medication is optional and considered collaboratively. When used, it complements therapy and skills work.

Do you work with my therapist and dietitian?

Yes. With your consent, we coordinate care with your therapist, RD, PCP, and family to support consistent messaging and progress.

Do you accept insurance?

We currently offer transparent self-pay rates and can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
